Restrictions

You must be 18 years or older and have a credit card/debit card to buy any of our products online. We do not sell any products to minors and we reserve the right to cancel any sales transaction when it is thought that the product is being bought for or on behalf of a minor.

Refunds and Returns, Shipping

We offer a standard 90 DAY refund policy as long as the item is in new condition and has not been opened. Faulty devices must be in the same condition they were received in.

We do accept returns for faulty batteries up to 90 days. Tanks have a standard 48 hour return period if they are faulty.

Same Day Delivery is currently only available in EH1-EH17 postcodes within Edinburgh City. Our cut off time for same day delivery is 6.00pm Monday – Sunday. Orders for same day delivery need to be made before this time to ensure delivery the same day. Orders made after this time will be delivered the following day. Order scheduling is available at checkout. Orders from outside EH1-EH17 will have a delivery time of 2-5 working days unless otherwise arranged with staff.

Free same day delivery is available on all orders placed within EH1-EH17 with a value of £20 or more. Any orders totaling less than £20 will be subject to a £4.99 delivery charge as standard.

The purchase of products from Vapedrop Edinburgh is governed by these terms and conditions. Please read them before using the site. By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Data Protection

We hereby state that we will not use or pass on any customer details without prior consent and will not share any information we collect with third parties.

Jurisdiction

This Contract shall be construed and governed in all respects by Scottish Law and all disputes arising under or relating to the Contract shall be the subject of the jurisdiction of the Courts in Scotland to which Vapedrop Edinburgh and the customer hereby submit.

Liability

Vapedrop Edinburgh, to the extent allowed by law, will not be held liable or responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damage or loss arising out of products sold from the site or shop or other location referred to items in these circumstances:

1. For losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made.
2. For losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of Vapedrop Edinburgh or their suppliers for business losses and/or losses to non-consumers.These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Payment

All payments must be paid when ordering unless a credit account has been set up and authorised by Vapedrop Edinburgh in which case payment should be made within 14 days from the date of invoicing. Vapedrop Edinburgh has the right to withhold products and suspend further deliveries until the payment issues have been resolved. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. These prices can be changed and Vapedrop Edinburgh reserves the right to amend prices, without prior notice, at any time. The amendments will only be made prior to an order or contact. Any tax or duty that needs paid will be charged at the current rate at the time of dispatch. All delivery charges and credit card changes are additional.

Cancellations

The Buyer should inspect all products immediately upon receiving them. If there is any problem/damage or the product does not comply with any aspect of the contract, the Buyer needs to notify the Seller within 48 hours of delivery in writing. Failure to do so deems the Buyer to have accepted the product.

Quality

All goods are warranted on delivery to the customer to be of the nature, substance and quality invoiced and to conform in all respects with all the appropriate statutory regulations.

Security

PayPal and WorldPay use state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against security risks.

Statutory Rights

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Time of order

Orders received by us before 2.00 pm during working days will normally be delivered on the same day. Working days are Mondays to Sundays except public holidays.

Title to Goods

The property and title of all goods and product will remain that of Vapedrop Edinburgh until full payment has been received. Upon receiving payment, the property and title will pass to the customer.

By accepting these terms & conditions, you consent to Vapedrop Edinburgh contacting you with marketing materials via email. You can unsubscribe from these materials at any time.
